The proposed intervention focuses on the need to maintain the privacy of the house in front of the annexed buildings, closing to the sides, and overturning towards the interior, with a central courtyard, a haven of tranquility and privacy, which visually connects with the sea, always present in the project, being the backdrop of the focal visual axis of the house.

The pool allows a totally private relaxation area and hidden from the gaze of passers-by.

The sea and natural light are the main stage of PORT VERD: these points of natural light help to open the space and provide spaciousness in the bedrooms
