Interior reform project of a house located in a low of a building in the Old Town of Palma de Mallorca.

The project consists of the reform of an existing house, adapting it to modern times. The challenge is to realize a functional project facing the difficulty of the narrowness of the house and the little lighting.

The project is characterized by its simplicity and functionality making the most of the available spaces, playing with the furniture to have more storage space. Noble materials such as polished cement, wood and stone are used.

In turn, it has a game of outdoor spaces, terrace and interior patio in floor plan that accompany the house on different levels.
