Located in the vicinity of the central street of San Miguel, the building was in an advanced state of deterioration.

The challenge is to dignify existing homes, bringing them modernity and healthiness, without underestimating the existing historical elements, recovering them and integrating them into the new design.
It is also intended that these homes form part of the residential offer for local citizens.

It should be noted that in this building there is a “Finestra Coronella” which is the most remarkable element of the entire building, designated as one of the oldest in the city.
