This project, located in the municipality of Manacor, is located in a rustic and flat environment.

The house seeks to respect the traditional Mallorcan architecture, integrating different elements of this, especially in its envelope, using noble materials such as stone, marés or recovered wood.

Distributed on one floor, it is organized around a living room at double height under a four-water roof that vertebra the different volumes that house the different rooms, such as three double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, a dining-kitchen and a private parking.
