Housing complex with pool and stables

The house, located on one of the last rustic plots in the east of the island, is just 10min from the sea, in Andratx.

A traditional style is sought, but not as rural as other buildings in rustic, more stately, with large overhangs of exposed wooden beams. In the stables, for approximately twenty horses, the typology of large eaves is maintained to achieve an aesthetic unity in the complex. In the same plot, riding and training areas for horses will be located, for the exclusive use of customers, as well as pasture areas.
