Integral reform project of existing historic palace in the Old Town of Palma.

This project consists of dividing the building into three houses, one on the main floor, and two other apartments on the next level, respecting the identity of the Casa Antigua Mallorquina, recovering its central courtyard, and restoring all the elements of value, such as the coffered ceilings of the Middle Ages and the 18th century, the coronellas, existing arches, among others.

The idea is that this project combines modernity with traditional Mallorcan housing, always respecting its environment and giving a new value to it.

SA FINESTRETA is developed around the typical central Mallorcan courtyard, which was closed in the 90s. Our premise is to recover it and give it all the importance that this so typical element of ours deserves
